Snow is still lying around, the ground is still deeply frozen, while preparations for the first earthworks to build an ecological garden are underway.
On 16th February 2021, a meeting with the contractor of paved paths, EXPERT BRUK PHU from Dzierżoniów, took place. We analyzed technical drawings, calculated, discussed, and all this with full concentration. The sanitary regime and prolonged restrictions related to the pandemic do not make life easier. But with our Third Age Volunteers, we've already dealt with even bigger problems. On 02/02/2020, two groups of four Seniors worked on the publication "Seasonality Calendar", which is being created as part of the "Food - with tradition into modernity" project.
Work on the publication will be a process that will continue throughout the coming year. During the last meeting, we started with a brainstorming session that allowed us to collect a number of ideas about the structure and possible content. During the next meetings, the structure and content will be detailed, and we will also create a database of hand-made photos to be used in the publication. More information on the progress of work soon!
