REPORT || Online lecture: The Fall of Communism in Central and Eastern Europe [audio]

On 23 March, Dr Łukasz Kamiński, historian from the University of Wrocław, gave a lecture entitled 'The fall of communism in Central and Eastern Europe'. The meeting was attended by 144 students and teachers.

It was the first of a series of lectures organised by the Krzyżowa Foundation for Mutual Understanding in Europe, which aim to present the circumstances of the historical breakthrough which led to the collapse of the communist system and the start of democratic changes in Central and Eastern Europe.

"Mission Lower Silesia" - Dr Anna Poznanska in Radio Wroclaw

Our colleague from the Krzyżowa Foundation, head of communication and international cooperation, Dr. Anna Poznańska, appeared on Radio Wrocław in a programme entitled 'Mission Lower Silesia'.

Anna, who was born in Germany, talks about how the Polish-German school exchange influenced her life decisions, how she found herself in Wrocław, why she thinks Polish is like Latin and what she does in the Krzyżowa Foundation.
