From October 6 to 10, 2019, a contact seminar for teachers from Poland, Germany and Belarus took place in Krzyżowa. During the seminar, participants developed competences related to the preparation and implementation of school exchanges with young people from Poland, Germany and Belarus.
The aim of the meeting was not only to establish specific contacts and build potential partnerships to carry out exchange projects, but also to familiarize oneself with the substantive organization of school exchanges. For representatives from Belarus it was the first experience of participating in such a seminar. The Belarusian partner was the IBB organization from Minsk. 23 people took part in the project - 11 people from Poland and Germany and 12 people from Belarus.

From 29 September to 4 October we hosted 60 students from Lviv, Wroclaw and Rheinberg, who are coming to Krzyżowa for the second time in this partnership. During the five-day stay at the exchange, the youth had the opportunity not only to get to know each other better, but also to take part in active intercultural workshops and classes on global education topics (migration, sustainable development, food security). There were created images of migrants and emotions accompanying them in the situation of migration, which were interpreted by young people. Pupils communicated in English and learned words from each other in their own languages during daily morning evaluations, combined with language animations in small groups.
