On 15 November, a seminar was held for translators and interpreters working with the Foundation on inclusive language in translation. As a Foundation, we are fortunate to work in a multicultural, multilingual environment where we can all promote equality and respect for diversity in different ways. An equal atmosphere during our international activities starts with inclusive communication and also depends on inclusive language. For a joint reflection on how to take care of inclusive language when translating from different foreign languages into Polish, we were prepared by Agnieszka Małocha, Ph.D., Head of the Laboratory for Research on the Dictionaries of Female Names, from the Department of Modern Polish Language, Faculty of Philology, University of Wrocław.

The seminar is part of the 'Lighthouses of the PNWM' project, one of the aims of which is to improve the quality of the work of the IYMC Krzyżowa.
