In September, the "Green Land" kindergarten held its first music education workshop with elements of music therapy.
During the music therapy classes were used primarily
- Creative music therapy methods and techniques,
- various techniques of active listening to music
- and relaxation techniques.
During the classes, songs from different parts of the world were presented, as well as curiosities that will introduce children to the multicolored world of music.
The workshops were enriched with elements of choreography (dances from different parts of the world) and props, helping to better understand the customs and art of other cultures.
The classes are conducted by Jagoda Rusowicz - a certified music therapist
Music workshops in the "Green Land" kindergarten will be held twice a month thanks to the kind support of the Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung Foundation
