What is school (as an institution and as a place)? How should we, as a society, treat it? Is there room for dialogue and concern for the welfare of students and teachers? What needs of the school and people who make it up have been reminded to us by the pandemic?
On 28 June, a meeting with Prof. Jacek Pyżalski was held under the title: "Between the institution and the space of relations. What have we learnt about school in the era of the pandemic".
It was the second meeting in a series of meetings organised as part of the 'Laboratory of Dialogue' project carried out by the Krzyżowa Foundation for Mutual Understanding in Europe together with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Poland.

Jacek Pyżalski, Professor at the Faculty of Educational Studies of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Initiator, manager and implementator of over sixty international and national research projects. Author of numerous publications. Trainer in the field of communication and difficult behaviours and media education. Vice-President of the Polish Media Education Association. Member of the Council of the Centre for Civic Education. Specialist of the Committee of Pedagogical Sciences at the Polish Academy of Sciences.
