From October 6 to 10, 2019, a contact seminar for teachers from Poland, Germany and Belarus took place in Krzyżowa. During the seminar, participants developed competences related to the preparation and implementation of school exchanges with young people from Poland, Germany and Belarus.
The aim of the meeting was not only to establish specific contacts and build potential partnerships to carry out exchange projects, but also to familiarize oneself with the substantive organization of school exchanges. For representatives from Belarus it was the first experience of participating in such a seminar. The Belarusian partner was the IBB organization from Minsk. 23 people took part in the project - 11 people from Poland and Germany and 12 people from Belarus.
The program included organizational elements (how to implement the exchange), examples of content (non-formal education, global education, intercultural education) and components of the project and program (group process, partnerships).
Within the framework of the Program, we also hosted a representative of PNWM, Mr. Dominik Mosiczuk, who told the participants about the rules of financing.
The facilitators on the part of the organizers (IYMC in Krzyżowa) were Anna Sławczewa and Liubov Shynder, specialists in educational projects, and Antonina Finskaia, a volunteer of the European Solidarity Corps.
The programme was supported by PNWM as part of a specialised programme.
