On December 13 and 19, 2023, counseling meetings were held on the premises of the "Krzyzowa" Foundation for the informal group of volunteers of the Wałbrzych subregion, which carries out the project "WE ARE TOGETHER - senior volunteering for people 60+ from the districts of Świdnica, Dzierżoniów and Wałbrzych". During the classes, volunteers developed skills in effective communication, conflict resolution and coping with the challenges of volunteering.
As part of the project, volunteers visit elderly people who, due to their health and limited mobility, lack daily contact with others. Meetings in Krzyzowa were an opportunity to exchange experiences and summarize completed visits to people in need.
