Engineer in Management and Production Engineering (SGGW), she studied at Akdeniz University in Turkey and Umwelt Camp Birkenfeld in Germany in the area of raw material flow management. Previously, she gained her professional experience in a management position at a chain of sports shops. There, her responsibilities included administration, human resources management and marketing activities with a focus on product presentation to improve sales efficiency (merchandising). At Krzyżowa since 2012, initially as an intern and later as a communications and marketing specialist. Youth and teacher trainer in projects carried out by the Krzyżowa Foundation within the framework of EU funding. Digital Mentor in the international Erasmus+ project "Digital Pathways for Youth across Europe". From 2016 to 2018 Chairperson of the activities of the group creating the Balanced Scorecard at Krzyżowa. Head of the PR department since July 2022.
