Graduated in economics with a specialisation in business economics and organisation. She started her work in Krzyżowa in May 2007 as a receptionist-invoice assistant. In February 2011 she started working in the Group Service Office. In August 2014, while continuing to work at the BOG, she accepted the position of Reception Manager. As of July 2021, Reception Manager/Senior Sales and Customer Service Specialist.

• group and individual stay services,
• group and individual bookings,
• logistical preparation of programme department groups and commercial stays,
• billing, invoicing
