Sudecka Izba Przemysłowo-Handlowa is an organization of the economic self-government of the Świdnica region. It has existed since 1993, and its range of activities covers the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship. The main goal of the Chamber is to support the development of entrepreneurship and increase the competitiveness of enterprises in the region. The Chamber associates mainly micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, except for a few large companies that are the showcase of the Świdnica region.
Dolnośląska Izba Rzemieślnicza we Wrocławiu (The Lower Silesian Chamber of Crafts in Wrocław) is a socio-professional organization of the economic self-government of crafts and a federation of employers. It was established in 1945 and has been operating successfully until now. Together with the Lower Silesian guilds, it forms one of the strongest organizations of the economic self-government of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. Currently 42 organizations operate within its structures.
The Kreisau-Initiative was founded in summer 1989 by citizens of East and West Berlin in order to support the set-up and maintenance of an international youth meeting centre in Krzyżowa, Poland.
The Freya von Moltke Foundation for the New Kreisau was founded in 2004 by citizens of Germany and other countries who feel committed to the legacy of the Kreisau Circle and the preservation of its memory. The non-profit institution is based in Berlin and works independently without any commitment to either the politics of individual parties or the interests of national governments.
The International Youth Meeting Centre Krzyzowa cooperates closely with the German-Polish Youth Office (DPJW). Because of that, german-polish youth meetings as well as meetings with third countries can be supported financially if they conform to the Youth Offices guidlines.
