For the second year in a row, a press conference announcing the Krzyżowa-Music Chamber Music Festival was held in the friendly interiors of OP ENHEIM in Wrocław.
They took part in the meeting with journalists:
- Tamara Chorąży - coordinator of the Krzyżowa-Music Festival on behalf of the Krzyżowa Foundation
- Isabella Guzy - Assistant Artistic Director of the Krzyżowa-Music Festival
- Małgorzata Hućko - project coordinator, Bente Kahan Foundation
- Anna Kudarewska - Program Director of the Krzyżowa Foundation
- Paulina Schmid - Deputy Director General of the Krzyżowa-Music Festival.
The participants of the conference announced the details of the Festival. We could hear about the musicians who will come to Krzyżowa, about the repertoire of the concerts and about the events accompanying the festival. Together with Małgorzata Hućko we could also invite you to a joint concert "Summer in the White Stork Synagogue" and Krzyżowa-Music and present this festival in Wrocław.
Throughout the whole meeting, the theme of the anniversary was recurring. It was repeatedly emphasized that this year the Krzyżowa Foundation for Mutual Understanding in Europe celebrates not only the 5th anniversary of the Krzyżowa-Music Festival, but also the 30th anniversary of the foundation and the 30th anniversary of the Reconciliation Mass in Krzyżowa.
In this calendar of anniversaries showing international dialogue, respect and understanding, perfectly fits the Krzyżowa-Music festival: "Every year, during the festival, we deal with a meeting of cultures, generations, with many important moments for building dialogue, not only during artistic events, but also during symposia and discussions". - emphasized Anna Kudarewska, Program Director of the Krzyżowa Foundation.
The meeting was honored by a short recital performed by the Krzyżowa-Music musicians: Yannick Rafalimanana and Olivier Robin.
