From January 27th to February 1st, 2025, a special Polish-German youth meeting took place, with 17 participants from care and educational institutions in Świdnica (PL) and Kemberg (DE).

It was a time full of new experiences, integration, creative work, and unforgettable impressions. Creative workshops and acrobatic activities on silks allowed the participants to develop their skills, build self-confidence, and collaborate in an international team. There was also time to explore local attractions, one of which was the gold mine in Złoty Stok.

This shared week in Krzyżowa also provided an opportunity for a close encounter with fluffy balls of happiness – therapeutic dogs.

Canine therapy turned out to be incredibly helpful in reducing stress, calming down, and fostering empathy in young people. But that wasn't the end of this year's attractions. Among the youth supporters was an expert in criminalistics. Thanks to her, we learned various criminalistic techniques and had the chance to personally test their effectiveness. What a thrill it was!

This year's winter meeting was an opportunity for both great fun and breaking barriers, getting to know new cultures, and building valuable relationships. We can’t wait for the summer edition of the project, "Art Without Borders."
