Dr Maria Davydchyk
A culture expert and academic lecturer. She is the founder of the smart learning academy, whose objective is to enhance effective learning in organisations by raising skills and providing support. Born in Minsk, she grew up in a politically turbulent period, then went to study abroad, gathered international experience, volunteered for youth organisations such Die Kinder von Tschernobyl (English: Children of Chernobyl), created an international networks of contacts and built bridges between them.
She studies transformation, and has a background in the fields of culture studies, culture management and international economics. In her work at Pädagogische Hochschule (English: Higher School of Pedagogy in Ludwigsburg, she dedicated herself to the topic of transition in order to investigate the changes taking place after the political breakthroughs in the countries of Eastern Europe (Russia, Ukraine and Poland) and what helped organisations to survive these changes. She has many years of professional experience in the field of international cooperation (also economic cooperation) and political advice.
