Daniel von Moltke
Daniel von Moltke is Managing Partner at Quadia, a pioneer in the field of impact investing, funding innovative small and medium-sized companies that strengthen the transition to a more sustainable and regenerative economy.
He has over 20 years of experience working with leading organisations in the field of sustainable finance and impact investing. His motivation is to contribute to meaningful change and a more sustainable future by guiding investment and supporting strategic business development and impact initiatives.
Previously in sustainable finance, he worked with Triodos Investment Management and Triodos Bank in the Netherlands, as well as at Wegelin Bank (now Vontobel), Ethos Foundation and Symbiotics in Switzerland.
In the 1990s, Daniel was involved in environmental and sustainable energy policy and strengthening civil society organisations in Central and Eastern Europe, working at the Regional Environmental Center in Hungary, the Institute for Sustainable Communities in Vermont, USA, and the International Institute for Energy Conservation in London.
He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. in International Relations with a specialisation in international environmental policy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, with additional advanced training in banking and corporate finance.
He has been a member of the Council of the Krzyżowa Foundation since 2011.
