On Monday, March 11, a Polish-German youth group arrived in Krzyżowa to spend five days together at the International Youth Meeting Centre. During the joint project the pupils from Koszalin (PL) and Roesrath (DE) got to know the history of Krzyżowa, filled in the word "reconciliation" with meaning, analyzed the terms: identity and tolerance.... and discovered Świdnica and Wrocław.
Teachers from both participating schools (Freiherr-vom Stein-Gymnasium of Rösrath and II. LO im. Wl. Broniewskiego z Koszalina) they had already met in Krzyżowa at a training session on the organization of youth meetings and decided to start cooperation by returning to us with young people. This is the third year in a row when we hosted this Polish-German school exchange.
