At the turn of November and December a Polish-German school exchange took place in Krzyżowa. In the meeting took part young people from the centres: The John Paul II Special Educational Centre in Jaworzno and the Walberberger Jugendakademie in St. Augustin.

The theme of this year's meeting was: "Gemeinsamer Mutiger / Together more courageously". The group discussed what courage, responsibility and concepts mean to them.

The partnership between the two schools has already lasted another year and some young people had the opportunity to get to know Krzyżowa earlier. The exchange programme included joint integration and artistic activities. The young people had fun together during occasional plays. And during the trip to Wrocław everyone visited the Christmas Fair.
