"We thank you, with our partner from Germany, for a fantastic meeting.
It was nice to feel part of the Krzyżowa Community again..."

On 24th February, on the initiative of "Krzyżowa" Foundation, an information meeting about Polish-German youth exchanges online took place. 50 participants representing schools from Poland and Germany took part in event organized on Zoom platform to plan upcoming season of youth meetings. Specialists from International Youth Meeting Centre in Krzyzowa presented innovative forms and themes of proposed meetings such as "Global Education", "Ethics in Internet", "History of inequality and discrimination".

The bases and assumptions of the new criteria used by the Polish-German Youth Cooperation were also discussed and proposed activities for young people were presented. Many questions were asked about new solutions during the pandemic and the opportunities that we are facing now.

All participants recalled previous meetings in Krzyżowa very well and many of them are looking forward to meeting live and spending time together.

The proposed online forms met with great interest. Some are already looking for new partners for cooperation, suggesting creative solutions, hybrid forms of meetings and planning to use some of the online tools - also in the traditional form of youth exchanges in the future.

Thank you for your participation and we look forward to your applications!
