8 x reconciliation - under this slogan, together with our partners, we organize 8 events that present and honor the effects of the Treaty on Good Neighbourhood at various levels. The treaty concluded between Poland and Germany on 17 June 1991 settled many controversial issues that divided both countries and nations. It enabled a huge increase in cultural, scientific and regional cooperation and created the basis for intensive cooperation between Poland and Germany.

The exhibition "Neighbors in Europe"
The exhibition was created on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Polish-German Treaty on Good Neighbourhood and Friendly Cooperation and shows the history of Polish-German relations from World War II to the present day. Its creators are: Depot History Centre in cooperation with the city of Wrocław and the Krzyżowa Foundation for Mutual Understanding in Europe. The authors of the exhibition "Neighbors in Europe" are dr hab. Robert Żurek - historian, director of the Krzyżowa Foundation for Mutual Understanding in Europe, and Aleksandra Pierścińska-Lichwa from the Foreign Relations Office of the Municipal Office, who described partnership relations between Polish and German cities and projects implemented as part of city partnerships.
